The Situation:

In order to adequately monitor clinical performance, individual physician report cards must be reviewed. However the manual process of collecting and compiling the information remains tedious and results never seem to change. The inability to aggregate and analyze data at the physician level can result in ineffective improvement efforts, and a lack of the appropriate level of detail can erode the credibility of your performance improvement program.
